sb2 removes $110k penalty for PA facility (plus $5.2k a month going forward)

In a Pennsylvania case, sb2 effectuated the removal of a 13 month penalty, corresponding to $110k. The penalty resulted from the transfer of a resident’s home, valued at $110,000, by and to his power of attorney.  Sb2 sued the POA, who entered into a settlement agreement whereby he re-transferred the home back to the resident.  The penalty was lifted after sb2 submitted proof that the property had been returned to the resident.
